- Process customer payments on-site using mobile point-of-sale technology, ensuring all transactions are handled securely and accurately.
- Provide an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, from the initial handshake to the final sweep-up, leaving the client's property cleaner than when you arrived.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a truck team partner to safely and efficiently complete jobs, ensuring a synchronized and supportive working environment.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the operations manager immediately.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and other routing software to ensure timely arrival at customer locations and disposal facilities.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling additional services or generating future business through positive client interactions.
- Adhere strictly to all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and safe lifting techniques to prevent injury to yourself, your team, and the public.
- Educate customers on the company's commitment to environmental responsibility, explaining how items are sorted for donation and recycling to divert waste from landfills.
- Handle challenging removal tasks that may require basic disassembly of furniture or equipment using hand and power tools.
