Primary Functions
- Manage the complete lifecycle of the jury selection process, from generating master jury lists using state-provided source data to the final dismissal of jurors.
- Operate and maintain the court’s automated Jury Management System (JMS) to accurately summon, track, and process prospective jurors.

- Prepare, print, and execute large-scale mailings of jury summonses, questionnaires, and other official court correspondence, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Coordinate the check-in and orientation process for jurors on their day of service, providing clear instructions and information about their duties and the court environment.
- Prepare and arrange jury panels for specific trials, generating random lists and providing necessary documentation to judges and attorneys for the voir dire process.
