Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Represent the government or organization in all phases of complex litigation, from pre-filing investigation through trial and appeal, in both federal and state courts.

Educational Background
Minimum Education:

- Graduation with academic honors (e.g., cum laude, Order of the Coif).
