Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of case lifecycle data, from filing to disposition, to identify operational bottlenecks, procedural delays, and opportunities for workflow optimization within the court system.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to court performance, case clearance rates, time to disposition, and other critical justice system metrics.
