Primary Functions
- Proactively engage with and welcome potential clients in the showroom, creating an inspiring and low-pressure environment to explore their kitchen renovation needs.
- Conduct in-depth, consultative appointments, both in-store and at clients' homes, to thoroughly understand their lifestyle, functional requirements, aesthetic preferences, and budget constraints.
- Perform accurate on-site technical surveys and measurements, capturing all critical dimensions, plumbing, and electrical points to ensure flawless design integration.
- Utilize specialized CAD software (such as 2020 Design, Winner, or SketchUp) to create detailed, innovative, and functional kitchen layouts and compelling 3D renderings.
- Confidently present comprehensive design proposals to clients, articulately explaining design choices, product benefits, and the overall value proposition.
- Generate precise, itemized quotations and formal sales agreements, ensuring transparency and clarity for the client regarding all costs and project scope.
- Skillfully manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead qualification and nurturing through to design presentation, negotiation, and successful closing of the sale.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and generating a pipeline of referrals through exceptional service.
- Diligently follow up on all leads generated from various channels, including website inquiries, phone calls, and showroom walk-ins, to maximize sales opportunities.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client, installation teams, suppliers, and third-party contractors to ensure smooth communication and project flow.
- Meticulously coordinate project timelines, managing the scheduling of product deliveries and installation dates to meet client expectations and project deadlines.

- Provide comprehensive after-sales support to ensure the client is completely satisfied with their new kitchen and to address any final adjustments needed.

Secondary Functions
