Primary Functions

  • Skillfully demonstrate sharpening techniques and the proper use of various knives to individuals and groups, fostering a culture of cutlery appreciation.
  • Manage and process mail-in sharpening orders, ensuring timely turnaround, quality control, and secure return shipping.
  • Operate and maintain all sharpening and grinding equipment, including whetstones, belt sanders, and buffers, to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
