Primary Functions

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department, such as pounds per operator hour (PPOH), rewash rates, and utility consumption, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with other department heads (e.g., Housekeeping, F&B, Nursing) to understand their needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle and resolve any complaints or issues related to laundry services from other departments or guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement and manage a system for tracking and processing guest laundry, ensuring accurate billing and timely return of items.
- Stay current with new technologies, techniques, and trends in the laundry and textile care industry to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
