Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise business capability map, value streams, and process models to provide a comprehensive, shared view of the business and its operational functions.
  • Lead the creation and evolution of the business architecture discipline within the organization, establishing standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate directly with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze strategic drivers, business goals, and desired outcomes.

  • Develop compelling business cases for strategic investments, clearly articulating the value proposition, ROI, and risks associated with proposed initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify potential disruptions and opportunities for strategic business model innovation.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the health of business capabilities and track the progress of transformation initiatives against their stated goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for articulating the connections between business strategy, operational models, and technology enablement for major programs.
