Primary Functions

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building and nurturing long-term, trusted relationships through proactive communication and strategic advisory.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex consulting engagements, overseeing all phases from scoping and planning to execution, monitoring, and successful closure.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and budgetary constraints to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Direct and manage project teams, which may include consultants, analysts, and technical specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Mentor, coach, and guide junior team members, providing regular feedback and support for their professional growth and development on and off projects.
  • Spearhead the development and presentation of high-impact, executive-level deliverables, including strategic roadmaps, business cases, process models, and final reports.
  • Translate complex business problems and client requirements into structured, feasible, and innovative solutions and consulting approaches.
  • Facilitate and lead critical client workshops, interviews, and presentations to gather requirements, build consensus, and communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing robust mitigation strategies and escalating critical concerns to leadership when necessary.
  • Oversee project financials, including budget tracking, resource utilization, and profitability analysis, to ensure engagements are delivered within financial targets.
  • Drive business development activities by identifying opportunities for account growth and supporting the creation of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and commercial estimates.
  • Ensure the utmost quality of all project deliverables, acting as a quality assurance checkpoint to review work and ensure it meets firm standards and client expectations.
  • Lead change management initiatives, helping clients navigate organizational and process-related shifts to ensure the successful adoption and long-term sustainability of implemented solutions.
  • Provide deep subject matter expertise in a specific industry (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Retail) or functional domain (e.g., Digital Transformation, Supply Chain, CX).
  • Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative analysis into clear, compelling insights that form the basis for actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Articulate the tangible value proposition of proposed solutions, securing buy-in from a diverse range of stakeholders with varying priorities and perspectives.
  • Champion the firm’s methodologies and best practices on engagements, while also contributing to their continuous improvement and refinement.
  • Manage and negotiate project scope, timelines, and change requests throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and contractual alignment.
