Primary Functions

- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on documentation best practices and act as the voice of the user in product strategy and design discussions.
- Translate highly complex technical concepts, system architectures, and API functionalities into clear, concise, and accessible language for diverse audiences.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to simplify and explain intricate technical processes.
