Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Financial Management & Budgeting: Develop, manage, and meticulously track the legal department's annual budget, including forecasting, accruals, and detailed variance analysis to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with company financial goals.

- Knowledge Management: Create and maintain a centralized repository for legal knowledge, precedents, templates, and policies, ensuring that information is easily accessible, organized, and up-to-date for the entire legal team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the Legal department and other key business units like Finance, IT, HR, and Procurement to ensure seamless collaboration on projects and operational initiatives.
- Strategic Planning & Initiative Leadership: Partner with the General Counsel to develop and execute the legal department's long-term strategic roadmap, leading key initiatives that support departmental and organizational objectives.
- Information Governance & Records Management: Develop and enforce policies and procedures for information governance and records retention, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
