Primary Functions

- Accurately forecast, track, and analyze royalty revenue streams, providing regular, insightful performance reports and variance analysis to senior management and finance departments.
- Develop, manage, and take ownership of annual licensing budgets and revenue forecasts for assigned brands or territories, actively managing the P&L to achieve or exceed financial goals.
- Work in tandem with internal marketing, PR, and retail teams to develop and support integrated go-to-market strategies and impactful retail activation programs for licensed products.
- Represent the company and its portfolio of brands with professionalism at major industry trade shows, conferences, and key licensee meetings to build industry presence, network, and generate new business leads.
- Ensure the timely and accurate collection of all royalty payments and financial reports from licensees, proactively managing accounts receivable and swiftly addressing any reporting discrepancies.
- Mediate and resolve business or operational challenges that may arise with licensing partners, acting as a solutions-oriented problem-solver to maintain positive and productive relationships.
- Prepare detailed business plans and robust financial models for proposed new licensing initiatives, allowing for a thorough assessment of their commercial viability and potential return on investment.
