Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Proactively identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of prospective clients through diverse methods including networking, professional referrals, community engagement, and targeted prospecting.
  • Conduct in-depth, consultative financial needs analysis sessions with potential clients to thoroughly understand their financial status, long-term goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Educate clients on the intricate details of various life insurance products, including Term Life, Whole Life, Universal Life, and annuities, ensuring they grasp the benefits and trade-offs of each.
  • Design and present customized, comprehensive insurance proposals and financial strategies that directly address the client's identified needs for protection, retirement, or estate planning.
  • Guide clients meticulously through the entire application and underwriting process, ensuring all required documentation is completed with accuracy and submitted promptly.
  • Develop and maintain a strong, ongoing relationship with your book of business, conducting regular policy reviews to ensure their coverage remains adequate as their life circumstances change.
  • Actively generate new business by securing referrals from satisfied clients, building a self-sustaining practice based on exceptional service and trust.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and business development goals through disciplined activity and effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain an expert-level knowledge of the current insurance marketplace, including competitor products, industry trends, and evolving client needs.

  • Network with other professionals, such as accountants, attorneys, and mortgage brokers, to create mutually beneficial referral partnerships.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
