Primary Functions

Oversee and manage the complete logistics and supply chain cycle, including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
Coordinate and track the movement of goods through various logistics pathways, actively monitoring shipments from origin to destination to prevent delays and resolve any transit issues.
Maintain accurate and real-time records of inventory levels, conducting regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure data integrity and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Process and manage all necessary shipping and receiving documentation, including purchase orders, bills of lading, packing lists, and customs clearance documents, ensuring complete compliance.
