Primary Functions

- Conduct regular physical counts of supply closets, kitchens, and common areas to anticipate needs and prevent stockouts of essential items like paper, toner, pens, and coffee.
- Manage the entire supply procurement process, from creating and placing orders with approved vendors to receiving and verifying shipments against purchase orders.
- Systematically stock and organize all supply rooms, copy stations, and kitchen areas, ensuring they are consistently neat, accessible, and fully replenished for employee use.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries and requests related to mail services, shipping, and office supplies, providing excellent and responsive customer service.
- Handle and process confidential and sensitive documents with the utmost discretion and in accordance with company security and privacy protocols.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with mail carriers, delivery personnel, and supply vendors to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
