Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Deliver personalized, one-on-one consultations to clients to identify their specific beauty needs, preferences, and concerns regarding makeup and skincare.
- Provide expert color matching for foundations, concealers, and other complexion products to ensure a perfect match for each client's skin tone and undertone.
- Execute professional and flawless makeup applications for various occasions, from natural everyday looks to glamorous evening and special event makeup.
- Educate clients on application techniques, product ingredients, and the benefits of a customized beauty routine to empower them to recreate looks at home.
- Actively drive and exceed personal and team sales targets by up-selling, cross-selling, and recommending full beauty solutions.
- Cultivate a loyal client base by building strong, lasting relationships, utilizing clienteling tools, and conducting follow-up communication.
- Maintain an impeccable level of hygiene and sanitation at all makeup stations, with all testers, and throughout the department, adhering to company and health standards.
- Stay current and knowledgeable on all new product launches, brand promotions, and industry trends to provide clients with the most up-to-date information and techniques.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge across a wide range of cosmetic, skincare, and fragrance brands offered in the store.
