Primary Functions

- Oversee the final delivery and orientation process, ensuring the boat is perfectly detailed and ready, and providing the customer with a thorough on-water handover.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships through systematic post-sale follow-up, encouraging repeat business and generating valuable referrals.
- Maintain a professional and appealing sales environment, ensuring the showroom, sales lot, and all displayed inventory are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Continuously enhance personal knowledge of marine technology, including engines, navigation systems, and onboard electronics, to serve as a credible expert.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate marine accessories, parts, and gear to complement their new boat purchase.
