Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop, implement, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising, to support lead generation and brand visibility goals.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of engaging, high-quality content for our blog, social media platforms, and newsletters to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
- Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including daily content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring to foster a positive community and increase reach.
- Assist in the development and production of essential marketing collateral, such as brochures, case studies, sales presentations, and promotional materials, ensuring strict brand consistency across all assets.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for marketing events, including virtual webinars, industry trade shows, and customer conferences, from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up and lead management.
- Maintain and update content on the company website using our Content Management System (CMS) to ensure information is current, accurate, and optimized for user experience and search engines.
- Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including template design, list segmentation, A/B testing, deployment, and detailed performance analysis to improve open and click-through rates.
- Compile and analyze marketing data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, social media platforms) to create regular performance reports, dashboards, and identify actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive, integrated marketing efforts and alignment on company objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Own and manage the marketing department's content and promotional calendar, ensuring all projects, campaigns, and deliverables are on schedule and all deadlines are met.

- Act as a key point of contact for external vendors, freelancers, and marketing agencies, managing relationships, project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Diligently track marketing campaign expenses and process invoices to ensure all activities remain within the department's allocated budget.
