Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute visually compelling graphics and assets for all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), ensuring content is optimized for each channel's unique specifications and audience.
  • Design and produce a wide range of digital marketing materials, including display ads, web banners, infographics, case studies, whitepapers, and digital reports that align with campaign goals.
  • Develop and build engaging, responsive email marketing templates and campaign assets for various marketing funnels, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated sequences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to design high-converting, user-friendly landing pages, microsites, and website components that enhance the user journey and support specific campaigns.
  • Act as a key brand steward, rigorously enforcing and evolving brand guidelines to ensure all marketing materials maintain a consistent and cohesive brand identity, voice, and style.
  • Create and edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing purposes, including social media stories, product demos, customer testimonials, and promotional advertisements.
  • Develop compelling presentation decks and sales enablement materials (e.g., one-pagers, sales slicks, brochures) that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients and stakeholders.
  • Design and prepare for print a variety of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, event signage, trade show booth graphics, and direct mail pieces, managing the process from concept to print production.
  • Translate complex data and information into clear, easily digestible data visualizations and infographics for use in reports, presentations, and content marketing.
  • Work collaboratively within an agile marketing team, participating in brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and creative reviews to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Create motion graphics and simple animations to enhance the interactivity and appeal of digital content, including social media posts, ads, and website elements.
  • Conduct visual A/B tests for digital assets like CTAs, landing pages, and ad creatives to optimize for performance and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content writers and copywriters to ensure a harmonious relationship between visual elements and text, creating a powerful and unified message.
  • Retouch, edit, and color-correct photography for use across all marketing channels, ensuring high-quality and on-brand imagery.
  • Design engaging and interactive assets for virtual and in-person events, including digital invitations, social media promotion kits, presentation templates, and booth experiences.

Secondary Functions

  • Maintain and organize the digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring all creative files are logically structured, properly tagged, and easily accessible for the wider team.
  • Stay current with emerging design trends, marketing best practices, new technologies, and platform features, sharing insights and innovative recommendations with the team.
  • Provide creative design support for internal communications and employer branding initiatives, such as company-wide presentations, intranet graphics, and recruitment materials.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for creating a wide range of digital and print assets.
  • UI/UX Design Tools: Strong working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for designing web pages, landing pages, and user interfaces.
  • Video & Motion Graphics: Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Email Marketing Platforms: Experience with designing and implementing templates in marketing automation tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Typography, Color, and Layout: A strong foundation in core design principles, including composition, typography, and color theory, with an excellent eye for detail.
