Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop and manage comprehensive social media content calendars across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook), ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and campaign timelines.
  • Create compelling, on-brand visual and written content for various digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, website landing pages, and email newsletters.
  • Support the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, from list segmentation and A/B testing subject lines to content creation, deployment, and performance analysis.
  • Perform in-depth market and competitor research to identify emerging industry trends, customer pain points, and potential opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta for Business, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Actively monitor and engage with our online community across all social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster positive relationships.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other BI tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the website, social media, and marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for new campaigns, content series, and promotional activities.
  • Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts by conducting keyword research, optimizing web page content, and assisting with link-building outreach.
  • Assist in managing and updating the company’s Content Management System (CMS), such as WordPress, ensuring all website content is current, accurate, and properly formatted.
  • Help coordinate and promote marketing events, both virtual (webinars) and in-person (trade shows), including pre-event logistics and post-event follow-up.
  • Draft and edit marketing collateral, including case studies, white papers, sales presentations, and product one-pagers, ensuring brand consistency and a clear, persuasive message.
  • Maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring all marketing materials are easily accessible and properly tagged for team-wide use.

Secondary Functions

  • Support the creation and distribution of internal communications to keep the wider company informed of marketing initiatives and successes.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, and managing project timelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they have the marketing materials and support needed to effectively engage with leads and close deals.
  • Assist in gathering and compiling customer testimonials and success stories for use in marketing materials.
  • Monitor industry forums, news sites, and social media for brand mentions and relevant conversations, reporting key findings to the team.
