Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within a defined territory.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Present, promote, and detail medical products using approved sales materials in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training sessions for healthcare staff when required.
  • Support contract negotiations and formulary discussions with hospitals, clinics, and group purchasing organizations.
  • Manage samples, promotional materials, and inventory according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with professionalism and evidence-based responses.
  • Develop key opinion leader (KOL) relationships to support brand advocacy and market credibility.
  • Forecast sales performance and contribute to annual and quarterly business planning.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
