Primary Functions
- Supervise, train, and continuously develop a team of merchandisers and stock associates, focusing on product knowledge, operational efficiency, and adherence to brand standards.

- Lead the execution of all promotional events, seasonal floor sets, and price change activities, ensuring they are completed accurately and within the scheduled timeframe.

- Conduct daily store walks with a critical eye to identify and resolve any merchandising, inventory, or presentation issues, ensuring consistent excellence.
