Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Lead the comprehensive planning and implementation of complex network infrastructure projects, including LAN/WAN, wireless, data center, SD-WAN, and cloud networking initiatives.
Develop highly detailed and actionable project plans, meticulously defining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budgetary constraints, and critical timelines.
Take full ownership of project budgets, performing detailed cost estimations, tracking all expenditures and variance, and delivering regular, transparent financial reporting to leadership.
Serve as the primary liaison, coordinating internal technical resources and third-party vendors or suppliers to ensure the flawless and integrated execution of all project components.
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules and work breakdown structures using industry-standard tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar project management software.
Proactively identify, assess, and document project risks and issues, developing robust mitigation and contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Chair and facilitate regular project status meetings with all stakeholders, providing clear, concise, and accurate updates on progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
Manage all aspects of stakeholder relationships, setting and managing expectations, and ensuring consistent, effective communication across all levels of the organization, from engineers to C-level executives.

Experience Requirements
