Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct nightly audit of hotel financial transactions including room charges, payments, and adjustments.
- Reconcile daily revenue and produce accurate financial reports for management review.
- Verify guest accounts, invoices, and payment methods to ensure accuracy.
- Review and balance the front desk cash drawer and point-of-sale systems.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports including occupancy, revenue, and financial performance.
- Ensure that all financial discrepancies are identified, documented, and resolved promptly.
- Monitor overnight hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and security alerts.
- Check in late arrivals, process guest departures, and handle night requests.
