Primary Functions
- Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive strategic vision for all programs, ensuring direct alignment with the organization's overarching mission, values, and long-term goals.
- Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from initial needs assessment and evidence-based design to pilot testing, full-scale implementation, ongoing evaluation, and strategic iteration.

- Act as the primary public spokesperson and subject matter expert for the organization's programs, representing the organization at conferences, community meetings, and media events.

- Oversee the development and management of all program-related contracts, Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), and partnership agreements.
- Prepare and present detailed program updates, impact reports, and strategic recommendations to the Executive Director and Board of Directors on a regular basis.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless integration of programs with finance, operations, development, and communications functions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles within all aspects of program design, delivery, staffing, and community engagement.
- Manage risk within the program portfolio, proactively identifying potential challenges and developing mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and quality of service.
- Direct the collection, analysis, and interpretation of both quantitative and qualitative program data to inform decision-making and drive a cycle of continuous quality improvement.
