Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop, implement, and meticulously manage strategic program plans, ensuring they align with the organization's overarching mission, goals, and funding requirements.
  • Oversee the entire program lifecycle from initial concept and strategic planning through execution, continuous monitoring, and comprehensive final evaluation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including community partners, government agencies, funders, board members, and program participants.
  • Manage the program budget with a high degree of fiscal responsibility, including budget creation, expense tracking, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with grant-specific financial stipulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of program staff, volunteers, and interns, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
  • Design and implement robust Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks to track program activities, measure outcomes, and assess overall impact against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Author and manage the full grant lifecycle, from prospecting and writing compelling, data-driven grant proposals to managing compliance and submitting timely, accurate narrative and financial reports to funders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and public-facing representative for the program, effectively communicating its purpose, progress, and impact to both internal and external audiences.
  • Facilitate regular program meetings, strategic planning sessions, and partner convenings to ensure alignment, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential program risks, challenges, and dependencies, developing contingency plans to ensure program continuity and success.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insightful reports, identify trends, and make data-informed recommendations for program adjustments and strategic pivots.
  • Ensure all program activities are conducted in strict compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, as well as the specific requirements of funding bodies.
  • Develop and curate program-related content, including success stories, testimonials, and data points, for use in marketing materials, annual reports, and social media.
  • Champion a culture of learning and adaptation within the program team, using evaluation findings and community feedback to refine and enhance program delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics for program events, workshops, and large-scale service delivery, managing everything from venue selection to participant registration and material preparation.
  • Act as a key liaison between the program staff and the organization's leadership, finance, and development departments to ensure seamless cross-functional operations.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
