Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned programs, from initial concept and planning through to execution, monitoring, and final evaluation.
- Develop comprehensive program work plans, including detailed timelines, key milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure objectives are met on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, volunteers, and community partners, fostering strong, positive, and trust-based relationships.

- Ensure all program activities strictly comply with organizational policies, funding requirements, and all relevant legal and ethical standards.
- Manage all program logistics, including scheduling events, booking venues, coordinating transportation, and ordering necessary supplies and materials.
- Provide direct support and resource navigation to program participants, addressing their needs with empathy and connecting them to appropriate internal or external services.
