Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Design, plan, and implement a rich, stimulating, and balanced curriculum in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to support children's learning and development.
- Act as a dedicated 'key person' for a group of children, fostering secure attachments and ensuring their individual emotional, physical, and educational needs are met.
- Conduct regular, systematic observations and assessments of each child's progress, using these insights to inform future planning and tailor activities to individual learning journeys.
- Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are rigorously followed both indoors and outdoors.
