Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Design, plan, and implement a rich, stimulating, and balanced curriculum in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to support children's learning and development.
Act as a dedicated 'key person' for a group of children, fostering secure attachments and ensuring their individual emotional, physical, and educational needs are met.
Conduct regular, systematic observations and assessments of each child's progress, using these insights to inform future planning and tailor activities to individual learning journeys.
Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are rigorously followed both indoors and outdoors.
