Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  1. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue budgets through strategic territory management and disciplined execution of sales activities.
  2. Develop and grow a strong customer database, including identification, segmentation and profiling of prospective accounts to maximize sales potential.
  3. Conduct frequent field visits and face‑to‑face meetings with healthcare professionals, retailers, distributors and end customers to promote nutrition products.
  4. Maintain deep, up‑to‑date knowledge of nutritional science, product features, competitive offerings and industry trends to inform consultative selling strategies.
  5. Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations to educate customers about the health benefits and clinical impact of nutrition products.
  6. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers including doctors, dietitians, nutritionists, pharmacists and institutional buyers.
  7. Execute multichannel customer engagement plans that effectively generate demand and increase recommendation rates for nutrition products.
  8. Secure new business by identifying market share growth opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  9. Leverage customer segmentation data and digital insights to tailor interactions and engagement strategies that resonate with individual customer needs.
  10. Collaborate with marketing, CRM and sales enablement teams to align promotional and educational initiatives with sales goals.
  11. Prepare and submit timely sales reports, daily call logs, expense claims and competitive insights to management.
  12. Ensure product availability at customer locations and coordinate with supply chain partners to prevent stockouts.
  13. Track competitor activities, pricing changes and promotional strategies to adjust sales approaches and maintain competitive advantage.
  14. Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with customers and channel partners to close deals profitably.
  15. Attend industry events, health expos and nutrition seminars to network, generate leads and raise brand visibility.
  16. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and educational sessions to support product adoption in target markets.
  17. Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve inquiries, concerns or objections to strengthen client loyalty.
  18. Participate in territory sales forecast planning and recommend strategic adjustments to improve performance.
  19. Support internal training initiatives to share insights on customer feedback and product trends.
  20. Comply with regulatory, legal and company standards in all sales activities and reporting.
