Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct in-depth initial consultations with clients to fully understand their vision, objectives, guest demographics, and budgetary constraints for the event.
- Develop and present creative, personalized event concepts, themes, and mood boards that align with the client's style and goals.

- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, vendors, and venue staff, ensuring clear, consistent, and proactive communication throughout the entire planning process.
- Provide hands-on, on-site event management on the day of the party, overseeing setup, coordinating vendor arrivals, and troubleshooting any emergent issues in real-time to ensure a seamless flow.
- Design the overall guest experience, from the flow of the event and entertainment programming to small, impactful details that create a "wow" factor.
