Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Assist the senior print team in the operation of large and small format digital printers, including job setup, execution, and monitoring.
- Perform essential pre-press duties, such as reviewing client files for accuracy, checking for proper resolution, and ensuring correct color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB).
- Prepare and adjust digital files for print readiness using Adobe Creative Suite, making necessary edits to layout, typography, and imagery.
- Participate in the finishing stages of print production, including cutting, binding, laminating, mounting, and assembling printed materials.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on printed output to ensure it meets brand standards and project specifications for color, clarity, and finish.
- Manage and prioritize jobs in the print queue to ensure timely completion and adherence to project deadlines.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to understand creative intent and translate digital designs into high-quality physical products.
- Maintain a clean and organized production environment, including routine cleaning and basic maintenance of printing and finishing equipment.
- Assist in managing inventory levels for essential print supplies, such as paper stock, toner, ink, and finishing materials, and report when reordering is necessary.
- Gain a deep understanding of various print substrates, materials, and their applications to help recommend the best options for different projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with printers and related software under the guidance of senior staff.
- Support the creation and production of internal and external marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, banners, and event signage.
- Learn and apply principles of color management to ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple print devices and job runs.
- Package and prepare completed print orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment, ensuring all components are accounted for and protected.
- Archive, organize, and maintain a digital library of project files and assets for future reference and reprints.

- Support the team by creating mockups and physical prototypes for client review and approval.
- Document key production processes and workflows to contribute to the team's internal knowledge base.
- Research new printing techniques, finishing methods, and industry trends to share with the team.

Educational Background
Minimum Education:
