Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Act as the central point of communication for the product team, facilitating meetings, documenting key decisions, and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and meticulously organize the product backlog in project management tools like Jira or Asana, ensuring user stories, tasks, and bugs are clearly defined and prioritized according to the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate and schedule cross-functional team meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews, ensuring agendas are clear and objectives are met.
  • Track project progress against established timelines and milestones, proactively identifying potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and escalating them to the Product Manager.
  • Assist Product Managers in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing market research, competitive intelligence, and user feedback to inform product strategy and feature development.
  • Manage and maintain all product-related documentation, including product requirement documents (PRDs), release notes, user guides, and internal training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Support the product launch process by coordinating tasks across marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a smooth and successful go-to-market execution.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions by organizing testers, gathering feedback, and documenting issues to ensure product quality meets user expectations before release.
  • Prepare and refine presentations, status reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, clearly communicating product updates, progress, and performance metrics.
  • Serve as a key resource for internal teams, answering questions about product functionality, feature timelines, and the overall product roadmap.
  • Triage incoming feature requests, bug reports, and customer feedback, organizing them for review and prioritization by the product management team.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to clarify requirements, answer questions during development sprints, and ensure technical implementation aligns with product goals.
  • Monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs) post-launch, assisting in the analysis of data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and agencies as needed to support product development, integration, or marketing efforts.
