Primary Functions

  • Develop and champion a compelling, long-term product vision and strategy for a portfolio of products, ensuring tight alignment with overall company goals and executive-level priorities.
  • Own and articulate the comprehensive product roadmap, masterfully balancing new feature development, technological innovation, customer requests, and debt remediation.

  • Define, monitor, and own the key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the success of your products, from user engagement to revenue impact and market share.
  • Drive the complete product lifecycle from initial discovery and ideation through to launch, market adoption, and end-of-life, making critical trade-off decisions along the way.
  • Serve as the product evangelist both internally and externally, passionately communicating the product's vision and value proposition to executives, partners, customers, and industry analysts.
  • Manage the product portfolio's budget, including forecasting resource needs, managing operational expenses, and building business cases for new investments.
  • Conduct deep and continuous market intelligence, performing competitor analysis, tracking industry trends, and identifying emerging opportunities to innovate and differentiate.
  • Establish and oversee a robust customer feedback and user research program to generate a constant stream of qualitative and quantitative insights that inform the roadmap.
  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to define winning go-to-market strategies, effective product positioning, and compelling messaging.
