Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery and ideation through to launch, post-launch analysis, and continuous iteration.
- Develop and champion a compelling product vision and long-term strategy, ensuring it aligns with overarching company goals and market dynamics.
- Create, maintain, and communicate a detailed product roadmap, effectively prioritizing initiatives and features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.

- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review meetings within an Agile/Scrum framework to ensure the development team is aligned and executing efficiently.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing transparent and consistent communication on product strategy, roadmap progress, and launch plans.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales to ensure successful product adoption and commercial success.
- Make tough priority and trade-off decisions, effectively balancing business needs, resource constraints, and technical debt.
- Author clear and concise product documentation, including feature briefs, release notes, and internal training materials.
- Serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product, articulating its value proposition and benefits to all stakeholders.
