Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and detailed reports on program findings, status updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management and executive leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to define project scope, align on objectives, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Perform comprehensive gap analysis to compare the current state of business processes and systems against desired future states, outlining the steps needed to bridge the divide.
  • Create and maintain essential program documentation, including business process models, project plans, requirement traceability matrices, and user guides.
  • Manage the program-level risk and issue logs, working with teams to develop robust mitigation strategies and ensuring timely escalation when necessary.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts by developing test plans and test cases, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring solutions meet the original business requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of programs by defining success metrics and measuring outcomes against established benchmarks.
  • Identify and champion opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency, leveraging technology and best practices to streamline workflows.
  • Provide analytical support for the development of long-term strategic plans and program roadmaps, contributing data-driven insights to shape future initiatives.
  • Ensure all program activities and outputs adhere to organizational policies, industry regulations, and data governance standards.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through consistent, clear, and effective communication, providing regular updates on program progress and potential impacts.
  • Develop and implement robust data collection systems and analytical strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and ensure the highest quality of data.
