Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Supervise and mentor the QA team to ensure adherence to quality standards and operational excellence.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to verify product compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to resolve quality issues.
  • Analyze production and process data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.

  • Participate in new product development to ensure quality is designed into processes.
