Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Manage the end-to-end, full-cycle recruitment process, from initial job posting and sourcing through to offer negotiation, extension, and closing.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to deeply understand their talent needs, define role requirements, and develop compelling job descriptions.
- Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of both active and passive candidates for current and future openings.
- Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent using advanced sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry-specific networks.
- Conduct thorough and insightful pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a world-class candidate experience by providing timely updates, clear communication, and thoughtful feedback.
- Coordinate and schedule a high volume of complex interviews across different departments, time zones, and levels of seniority with precision and professionalism.
- Guide hiring managers and interview teams on best practices for structured interviewing, bias mitigation, and effective candidate evaluation.
