Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Manage the complete 360-degree recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation and job intake to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and post-placement follow-up.
  • Proactively develop and execute innovative and targeted sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct in-depth screening calls and interviews with candidates to meticulously assess their skills, experience, and cultural alignment with client requirements.
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to clients, providing valuable market intelligence, salary benchmarking data, and expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Drive new business development by identifying and engaging potential client companies through strategic outreach, cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, establishing a reputation as a trusted and reliable industry partner.
  • Craft compelling, accurate, and inclusive job descriptions and advertisements, posting them on various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Utilize and meticulously maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM, ensuring all candidate and client interactions are accurately logged in real-time.
  • Skillfully negotiate complex compensation packages, employment terms, and start dates between candidates and clients to ensure a successful and mutually beneficial placement.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire interview process, providing thorough preparation, logistical support, and constructive feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Actively network within a specialized industry to become a subject matter expert, attending industry events and building a strong personal and professional brand.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of job requisitions simultaneously, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and critical time-to-fill targets are consistently met.
  • Create and present shortlists of highly qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed summaries and consultative recommendations for each individual.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring transparent communication and timely feedback at every stage of the recruitment journey to build trust and rapport.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding individual and team-based sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct thorough reference and background checks for final-stage candidates in full compliance with all legal and client-specific requirements.
  • Stay consistently informed on industry trends, market shifts, and the competitive landscape to inform sourcing strategies and client consultations.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to share market insights, candidate leads, and best practices, contributing to the overall success and growth of the firm.
  • Develop and nurture a network of passive candidates through strategic outreach, relationship building, and continuous engagement for future opportunities.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate service agreements and contracts with new and existing clients to establish and expand formal business partnerships.
  • Master advanced sourcing techniques, including complex Boolean search logic, social media recruiting, and direct headhunting to uncover top-tier, hard-to-find talent.
  • Provide comprehensive post-placement support to both clients and placed candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process and foster long-term satisfaction and retention.

Secondary Functions

  • Assist in creating marketing materials and content for social media and blogs to attract both prospective clients and high-caliber candidates.
  • Participate in internal training and development sessions to continuously enhance recruitment, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Contribute to team meetings by sharing valuable market intelligence, successful search strategies, and client/candidate feedback.
  • Support senior consultants or management with market mapping and research for complex, niche, or executive-level searches.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • ATS/CRM Proficiency: Deep experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite, Greenhouse) and CRM software for managing client and candidate data.
  • Advanced Sourcing: Expertise in sourcing on professional networks like LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with various job boards and resume databases.
  • Boolean Search: Ability to construct complex Boolean search strings to identify highly specific candidate profiles across multiple platforms.
  • Sales & Business Development: Proven ability to generate leads, pitch services, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new clients.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws, EEO regulations, and compliance standards relevant to recruiting.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
