Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Manage the complete 360-degree recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation and job intake to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and post-placement follow-up.

- Coordinate and manage the entire interview process, providing thorough preparation, logistical support, and constructive feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Actively network within a specialized industry to become a subject matter expert, attending industry events and building a strong personal and professional brand.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of job requisitions simultaneously, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and critical time-to-fill targets are consistently met.
- Create and present shortlists of highly qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed summaries and consultative recommendations for each individual.
