Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Assume full P&L accountability for the entire region, including developing annual budgets, forecasting financial performance, and implementing corrective strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of General Managers or Operations Managers across multiple sites, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

- Champion and implement standardized best practices, policies, and procedures (SOPs) across all locations to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and consistency.
- Monitor and analyze a comprehensive set of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, labor costs, inventory management, safety metrics, and customer satisfaction, taking decisive action to address deviations.
- Drive a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring all regional operations adhere to company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOT).
- Oversee regional talent management, including succession planning, performance management, and career development initiatives to build a robust leadership pipeline.
- Direct large-scale process improvement and optimization projects, leveraging methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
