Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments, including medical history review, musculoskeletal analysis, and functional mobility testing to establish a baseline and identify therapeutic needs.
Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address patient-specific goals, functional limitations, and diagnostic findings.
Administer a wide range of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional activity training.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist (PT/OT) in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR Certification.
