Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Execute all phases of rough and finish carpentry, including framing walls, installing subfloors, and fitting intricate trim, molding, and baseboards.
Perform a wide range of demolition tasks in a controlled and safe manner, including the removal of walls, flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures.
Precisely measure, cut, and install various types of drywall, followed by expert taping, mudding, and sanding to prepare surfaces for primer and paint.
Install a diverse array of flooring materials, such as hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and ceramic or porcelain tile.
Manage the complete installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, ensuring they are level, plumb, and securely fastened according to design plans.
Fabricate and install countertops, backsplashes, and vanities, working with materials like laminate, butcher block, quartz, and granite.
Install interior and exterior doors, including pre-hung and slab doors, and ensure proper operation of hardware like doorknobs, locks, and hinges.
Set and install windows of various types, ensuring they are plumb, level, and properly sealed to prevent air and water infiltration.
Apply interior and exterior paint, stains, and sealants using brushes, rollers, and sprayers to achieve a high-quality, uniform finish.
Interpret and work from blueprints, architectural drawings, and detailed specifications to ensure all construction aligns with the project plan.
Perform basic plumbing tasks, such as installing sinks, faucets, toilets, and shower fixtures, and connecting supply and drain lines.
Execute basic electrical work, including installing light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, and switches, while adhering to safety codes.
Construct and repair decks, porches, and pergolas, including framing, decking installation, and railing assembly.
