Primary Functions

- Set and install windows of various types, ensuring they are plumb, level, and properly sealed to prevent air and water infiltration.
- Apply interior and exterior paint, stains, and sealants using brushes, rollers, and sprayers to achieve a high-quality, uniform finish.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, architectural drawings, and detailed specifications to ensure all construction aligns with the project plan.
- Perform basic plumbing tasks, such as installing sinks, faucets, toilets, and shower fixtures, and connecting supply and drain lines.
