Primary Functions

- Monitor and analyze evolving market trends, competitor strategies, and shifts in consumer behavior to proactively identify both opportunities and potential threats.
- Facilitate collaborative workshops, brainstorming sessions, and ideation exercises with stakeholders to translate research insights into tangible product or service innovations.
