Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Act as a Key Worker for specific children, taking lead responsibility for coordinating their care plans, personalising their support, and ensuring their individual needs are met.
Provide a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing living environment by establishing clear boundaries, consistent routines, and positive, trusting relationships with the young people.
