Primary Functions
- Promptly and efficiently clear tables after guests depart, removing all used plates, glassware, cutlery, and linens to prepare for the next seating.
- Meticulously clean and sanitize all surfaces of the table, chairs, and surrounding booth areas to meet and exceed public health standards.
- Expertly reset tables according to the restaurant's specific standards, ensuring precise placement of fresh linens, polished silverware, water glasses, and other place setting components.
- Proactively monitor and refill guests' water glasses and other non-alcoholic beverages throughout their meal without requiring them to ask.
