Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Proactively greet and welcome every customer with a warm and engaging demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere from the moment they enter the store.
- Actively listen to customer needs and inquiries to guide them to appropriate products, providing detailed information, live demonstrations, and tailored recommendations.
- Accurately and efficiently process all customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, using the Point of Sale (POS) system with high precision.
- Manage all cash and payment handling procedures with integrity, including balancing the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts and adhering to all financial policies.
- Build and cultivate lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service, remembering repeat clients, and making them feel valued to foster brand loyalty.
- Inform customers about current promotions, in-store events, special offers, and the benefits of the customer loyalty program to enhance sales and encourage repeat business.
- Work proactively to achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets, conversion rates, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, pricing, and new arrivals, to serve as a product expert for customers and colleagues.

- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and processing new merchandise shipments, ensuring items are correctly ticketed, sensored, and prepared for the sales floor in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the execution of visual merchandising directives, helping to create and maintain appealing product displays that attract customers and drive sales.
- Participate in regular inventory counts, stocktakes, and cycle checks to help maintain accurate stock records and minimize shrinkage.
