Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Oversee and direct the day-to-day operational activities of a portfolio of retail stores, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.

  • Conduct regular, in-depth store visits to audit operational compliance, assess performance against KPIs, and provide hands-on coaching and support.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of store assets, from planning and executing new store openings and renovations to coordinating store closures or relocations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Merchandising, Marketing, and HR to ensure cohesive execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and staffing initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data, foot traffic patterns, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify regional trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Guarantee that all stores maintain a high standard of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall brand presentation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including health, safety, and employment standards.
  • Manage relationships with key third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements for supplies and maintenance are met.
  • Lead the implementation of new retail technologies, such as POS systems, workforce management software, or inventory tools, ensuring smooth adoption and training.
  • Develop and manage staffing models and labor budgets to optimize coverage, productivity, and payroll expenses.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis.
