Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Identify, research, and prioritize potential new retail partners, including national chains, specialty stores, and online marketplaces, that align with the brand's strategic objectives and target demographic.

- Analyze sales performance data, channel profitability, and market trends to provide regular, actionable insights and performance reports to both internal leadership and external partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with key accounts to review performance against targets, identify new opportunities, and address any challenges or operational issues.
- Serve as the internal "voice of the retail partner," effectively communicating partner needs, feedback, and market intelligence to relevant internal departments like Product and Marketing.
- Manage and forecast channel revenue, providing accurate sales projections and budget management for all partnership-related activities and expenses.
