Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Champion and drive the sales team to consistently meet and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) through active floor leadership and motivational coaching.
- Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service, acting as a role model and ensuring the entire team provides an engaging, personalized, and solutions-oriented shopping experience.

- Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of senior management, taking full responsibility for store operations, team management, and decision-making.
- Proactively manage and monitor stock levels, participate in regular inventory counts, and execute strategies to minimize shrink and control loss prevention.
- Clearly communicate company objectives, marketing promotions, and policy updates to the team, ensuring consistent understanding and execution.
