Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Proactively engage with prospective and existing customers in-store, online, or over the phone to understand their unique needs and provide a consultative, personalized shopping experience.
- Master and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's full product and service portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning, to act as a subject matter expert.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective lead management and closing techniques.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities by utilizing CRM software to meticulously track all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Conduct compelling and informative product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs and interests of individual clients or small groups.
- Develop and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Expertly handle customer objections and negotiate contract terms and pricing to arrive at mutually beneficial agreements that secure long-term partnerships.
- Diligently follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
