Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Support day-to-day sales operations to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and workflows.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Analyze sales performance metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss trends, and quota attainment.
- Prepare and distribute recurring sales reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Assist in sales forecasting and revenue planning in partnership with sales leadership and finance.

- Support territory planning, account assignments, and quota management processes.
